Recently, we completed an Airmatic suspension height calibration on an Audi TT MK3, and during the inspection, we identified several issues that were affecting the vehicle’s air suspension system. Issues Found:
- Misaligned Suspension Height Sensors

We replaced any worn suspension components, including the air springs and struts, with high-quality replacements. By ensuring all components are in top condition, we restored the system’s ability to maintain the correct ride height and improve handling and comfort. - Faulty Calibration of the Air Suspension System
In some cases, the air suspension system itself had not been calibrated correctly, causing inconsistent or slow height adjustments. This could have led to an uncomfortable ride, poor stability, and difficulty adjusting the suspension for varying loads.
Solution:
After completing the sensor realignment and control module reprogramming, we recalibrated the entire Airmatic system. This comprehensive calibration ensures that the system can respond quickly and accurately to height adjustments, providing the vehicle with a smooth and stable ride.
