- Solution: We resealed the valve connections and replaced any damaged seals. This restored the system’s ability to maintain consistent air pressure, ensuring that the suspension operates smoothly and efficiently, with no further air loss.
- Contaminated Air Lines:

- Corroded Electrical Connections:
- Problem: The electrical connections associated with the air distribution valve were corroded, leading to poor communication between the valve and the vehicle’s control module. This could prevent the system from adjusting the ride height correctly.
- Solution: We cleaned and repaired the corroded electrical connectors to ensure stable communication between the air distribution valve and the suspension control unit. This ensures that the system can make accurate adjustments to the suspension height based on driving conditions.
- Imbalanced Suspension Performance:
