Findings:
- Failing Airmatic Pump

- Damaged Air Lines
- Issue: The air lines connected to the Airmatic system had developed cracks and leaks, preventing the system from maintaining adequate air pressure, which impacted the suspension’s ability to raise and lower properly.
- Solution: We inspected and replaced the damaged air lines with durable, reinforced tubing to ensure a secure and leak-free connection. This ensures that air pressure remains consistent throughout the system, improving the reliability of the suspension system.
- Clogged Air Filters
- Issue: The air filters associated with the Airmatic system were clogged with debris, reducing the airflow to the pump and making it work harder than necessary. This not only caused inefficiency but also put additional strain on the system.
