- Problem: One of the rear shock absorbers was leaking hydraulic fluid, which caused it to lose its damping ability. Leaking fluid in the shock absorbers can lead to erratic suspension behavior, poor handling, and excessive bouncing.
- Solution: The leaking shock absorber was replaced with a new, fully sealed shock. This ensured that the rear suspension could effectively control the vehicle’s movements and provide consistent performance.
- Excessive Rear Suspension Bounce
- Problem: The customer experienced excessive bouncing in the rear suspension, particularly when driving over uneven surfaces. This is a typical symptom of worn-out shock absorbers that no longer control the rear suspension’s movement efficiently.

- Reduced Vehicle Handling and Control
