Issues Identified:

- Leaking Shock Absorber Fluid
- Problem: One of the rear shock absorbers had a fluid leak, reducing its ability to dampen the vehicle’s movements. Leaking shock absorbers can result in erratic suspension behavior, excessive bouncing, and diminished ride quality.
- Solution: The leaking shock absorber was replaced with a new one, eliminating the fluid leak and restoring the suspension’s ability to provide consistent damping. This repair allowed the suspension to perform as it was designed, ensuring a smoother and more controlled ride.
- Excessive Bouncing and Poor Control
- Problem: The customer noticed excessive bouncing in the rear end of the vehicle, especially when driving over uneven terrain or bumps. This is often caused by worn shock absorbers that fail to properly control the suspension’s movement.
- Solution: The new shock absorbers restored the rear suspension’s ability to absorb road impacts and prevent excessive bouncing. This repair improved vehicle control and stability, providing a more comfortable and safer ride.
