We topped up the power steering fluid with high-quality, OEM-approved fluid, restoring proper fluid levels and ensuring smooth and responsive steering. - Worn Steering Rack: The steering rack showed signs of wear and tear, leading to difficulty in turning the wheel and causing vibrations during driving.
Solution:
We replaced the worn steering rack with a high-quality OEM part, ensuring precise steering control and eliminating vibrations and stiffness. - Damaged Power Steering Pump: The power steering pump was found to be malfunctioning, leading to inconsistent steering assist and squealing noises when turning the wheel.
Solution:
We replaced the faulty power steering pump with an OEM-quality pump, restoring consistent steering assist and eliminating the noise caused by the malfunctioning pump. - Faulty Steering Shaft U-Joint: The steering shaft U-joint was found to be worn, causing clicking noises and resistance when turning the wheel.
Solution:
We replaced the damaged U-joint with a new, high-quality part, ensuring smooth steering operation and eliminating unwanted noises during turns. - Misaligned Steering Components: Several steering components were misaligned, contributing to uneven steering effort and the vehicle pulling to one side.
Solution:
We realigned the steering components, ensuring proper tracking and balanced effort when turning the wheel, resulting in a more comfortable and controlled driving experience.
