Range Rover Evoque Transmission Fluid Leak Repair Dubai

At Meta Mechanics, we provide exceptional repair services for luxury vehicles like the Range Rover Evoque. Recently, we completed a transmission fluid leak repair on a Range Rover Evoque in Dubai. During our inspection, our expert technicians identified several key issues contributing to the fluid leak. Below are the issues we discovered and the solutions we implemented to restore the vehicle’s transmission system to full functionality.

Issues Identified During the Inspection:

  1. Worn Transmission Pan Gasket: The transmission pan gasket was found to be worn and degraded, causing transmission fluid to leak. Over time, gaskets can wear out due to heat and pressure, leading to fluid loss and potential damage to the transmission.
    Solution:
We replaced the damaged transmission pan gasket with a new, OEM-approved gasket, ensuring a proper seal and preventing further fluid leakage.
  2. Loose or Damaged Transmission Pan Bolts: Some transmission pan bolts were loose or damaged, which contributed to the fluid leak. When bolts are not properly tightened, the transmission pan can lose its seal and allow fluid to escape.
    Solution:
We re-tightened the bolts and replaced any damaged bolts with new, OEM-approved bolts. This secured the pan in place and eliminated the fluid leak.
  3. Damaged Transmission Cooler Lines: The transmission cooler lines were found to be corroded and leaking. These lines carry fluid to and from the transmission cooler to regulate transmission temperature. Any damage to these lines can lead to significant fluid loss.
    Solution:
We replaced the corroded cooler lines with new, high-quality transmission lines, ensuring a secure, leak-free connection and proper fluid flow for optimal transmission performance.
  4. Faulty Transmission Seals: We discovered that several transmission seals were damaged, which allowed fluid to leak from the transmission. Over time, seals can degrade due to heat, wear, and pressure, leading to leakage.
    Solution:
We replaced the faulty seals with OEM-approved seals, ensuring proper sealing and preventing any further fluid leaks from the transmission system.
  5. Cracked or Damaged Transmission Case: The transmission case showed signs of cracking, which contributed to the fluid leak. A crack in the transmission case can be a serious issue and lead to significant fluid loss if not addressed.
    Solution:
We carefully assessed the damage and replaced the cracked transmission case with a new, OEM-approved transmission case, restoring the integrity of the transmission and eliminating the leak.
