Identified Issues:
- Blown Head Gasket
- Problem: The primary cause of the oil and water mixing in this case was a blown head gasket. A blown gasket allows coolant (water) to enter the engine oil passages, leading to contamination. This can result in the formation of a milky, frothy substance in the oil, which is visible on the oil dipstick and under the oil filler cap. - Cracked Cylinder Head
