Issues Found During Electric Power Steering Rack Repair:

After diagnosing the faulty torque sensors, we replaced them with high-quality OEM parts. These issues may lead to intermittent power steering loss or inconsistent steering behavior.
Solution:
We conducted a thorough inspection of the electrical connections and wiring associated with the EPS rack. After repairing and replacing any damaged wires or connectors, we restored stable communication between the steering rack and the vehicle’s electronic systems, ensuring consistent steering assistance. - Power Steering Warning Light Activation: A malfunction in the electric power steering system can trigger warning lights on the dashboard, such as the “Power Steering” or “EPS” light. This indicates that the system is not functioning properly and requires immediate attention.
Solution:
After completing the repair of the EPS rack, we cleared the warning lights from the dashboard. We then performed a series of diagnostic tests to ensure the steering system was operating correctly, and confirmed that the warning lights remained off. - Loss of Steering Assistance at Low Speeds: A failure in the electric power steering rack can result in a complete loss of steering assistance, particularly when the vehicle is at low speeds, such as while parking or making tight turns. Solution:
