Issues Identified:

  3. Damaged Valve Seals and Guides
    • Problem: The valve seals and guides were worn, causing oil to leak into the combustion chamber, resulting in blue smoke from the exhaust and decreased engine efficiency.
    • Solution: We replaced the damaged valve seals and guides during the overhaul process. This not only eliminated the blue smoke but also restored the engine’s efficiency by ensuring that the combustion chamber remained free of oil contamination.
  4. Faulty Timing Components
    • Problem: The timing chain and related components were found to be worn, causing misalignment of the camshaft and crankshaft, which led to engine misfires, rough idling, and a decrease in power.
    • Solution: We replaced the timing chain, tensioners, and guides with OEM-grade parts to restore proper synchronization of the engine’s components. This eliminated misfires and rough idling, resulting in smooth and responsive engine performance.
  5. Worn Bearings and Increased Friction
