Recently, we had the opportunity to complete a struts repair for an Audi SQ5, addressing a critical component of the suspension system that significantly impacts ride quality, handling, and overall vehicle safety. The struts are essential for maintaining vehicle stability, controlling the movement of the suspension, and ensuring comfort on various road surfaces. If struts fail or become worn, they can lead to poor ride quality, increased tire wear, and compromised handling.
Issues Identified and Solutions Provided:
1. Worn Strut Assembly
- Problem: The primary issue we identified was worn-out strut assemblies. Over time, struts can wear down due to repeated use, excessive driving on rough roads, or the natural effects of aging. Worn struts can cause the vehicle to bounce excessively, leading to poor handling, difficulty in steering, and increased body roll during cornering.
- Solution: We replaced the damaged strut assemblies with high-quality, OEM parts. This repair restored the shock absorption and stability of the suspension system, allowing the vehicle to handle bumps and uneven road surfaces with ease. 2. Leaking Strut Fluid
