Issue Identified:

- Solution: We performed a comprehensive diagnostic test and replaced the old battery with a new, high-performance lithium-ion battery. The new battery ensures uniform energy distribution, improving the vehicle’s range and performance.
- Faulty Battery Management System (BMS):
- Issue: The BMS, responsible for monitoring and managing the battery’s health and charging cycles, was malfunctioning. This could lead to overcharging, undercharging, or overheating of the battery.
- Solution: We recalibrated the BMS and updated its software to work seamlessly with the new lithium battery. This ensures accurate readings and helps prolong battery life by optimizing charge cycles.
- Corrosion on Battery Terminals:
- Issue: We discovered corrosion buildup around the battery terminals, which could impair electrical conductivity and lead to power disruptions.
- Solution: Our technicians thoroughly cleaned the battery terminals and applied an anti-corrosion treatment to prevent future buildup, ensuring a secure connection and consistent power delivery.
- Worn-Out Battery Wiring:
