Issue Identified:
- Faulty Lithium Battery
Issue:
The primary issue was a faulty lithium battery. Solution:

4. Malfunctioning Charging System
Issue:

A malfunctioning alternator or charging system can lead to insufficient charging of the lithium battery, which may result in the battery not reaching full capacity.
Solution:
We thoroughly inspected the charging system, including the alternator, voltage regulator, and wiring, to identify the issue. After confirming that the charging system was not operating correctly, we performed the necessary repairs. The alternator was serviced, and the voltage regulator was recalibrated to ensure that the new lithium battery was being charged correctly. 5. Infotainment System Power Interruption
Issue:
The customer experienced intermittent power loss in the infotainment system, which was likely caused by an unstable power supply due to the failing lithium battery. This issue can affect the vehicle’s multimedia, navigation, and other important electronics.
Solution:
After replacing the lithium battery and securing the electrical connections, we tested the infotainment system to ensure it was receiving stable power. With the new battery in place, the infotainment system now operates without any interruptions, providing the customer with a smooth and reliable user experience.
