- Solution: We replaced the malfunctioning DC-DC converter with a genuine replacement part. This restored proper voltage conversion and ensured that the 12V system worked seamlessly with the high-voltage battery, maintaining power to all non-drive components.
- Battery Management System (BMS) Issues
- We detected malfunctions in the Battery Management System (BMS), which is responsible for monitoring and regulating the charging and discharging cycles of the high-voltage battery. Any issues with the BMS can lead to overcharging, undercharging, or inefficient use of battery power.
