Recently, we completed an Airmatic air distribution valve replacement on an Audi A8 and uncovered several issues that were affecting the overall performance of the suspension. Issue Identified:
1. Faulty Airmatic Air Distribution Valve
Problem: The primary issue we discovered was a malfunctioning air distribution valve. Solution: We replaced the faulty air distribution valve with a high-quality, OEM-grade replacement. 2. Air Leaks in the Distribution System

4. Misaligned Suspension Components
Problem: While diagnosing the issue, we also noticed that some suspension components connected to the Airmatic system were misaligned. Misalignment can cause irregular air distribution, leading to uneven ride height and compromised vehicle handling.
Solution: We performed a full suspension alignment to ensure all components were properly aligned. 5. Malfunctioning Ride Height Sensors
