Issues Identified:
- Faulty Ride Height Sensors
- Observation: One of the height sensors was malfunctioning, causing inconsistent height readings and improper adjustments.
- Solution: Replaced the defective sensor and recalibrated the suspension system to ensure accurate height measurements.
- Uneven Air Pressure in Air Springs
- Observation: The air springs had uneven pressure levels due to leaks in one of the air lines, leading to an unbalanced ride height.
- Solution: Repaired the damaged air line, ensured all air springs were properly pressurized, and verified system integrity.
- Software Calibration Errors
- Observation: The suspension control module was running outdated calibration software, leading to delays in adjusting ride height during operation.
- Solution: Updated the control module software and performed a complete recalibration for optimal responsiveness.
- Compressor Strain
- Observation: The air suspension compressor was overworking due to improper calibration, increasing wear and reducing system efficiency.
- Solution: Inspected the compressor, performed necessary maintenance, and optimized its settings to match the recalibrated system.
- Worn Suspension Mounts
- Observation: The mounts connecting the suspension system to the chassis showed signs of wear, causing slight vibrations and affecting calibration accuracy.
- Solution: Replaced the worn mounts to ensure stability and minimize vibrations during operation.
