Issues Identified
- Clogged Engine Oil Separator

- Solution: We replaced the clogged engine oil separator with an OEM-quality part, ensuring efficient separation of oil vapors from gases, preventing oil contamination in the intake system and restoring smooth engine operation.
- Excessive Oil Vapors in the Intake System
- Problem: Due to the faulty oil separator, excessive oil vapors were being introduced into the intake system, contaminating intake valves, sensors, and other critical engine components.
- Solution: After replacing the oil separator, we performed a thorough cleaning of the intake system to remove oil residues and contaminants, restoring the airflow and preventing further damage to the intake components.
- Increased Engine Oil Consumption
- Problem: The malfunctioning oil separator allowed oil to enter the combustion chambers, leading to higher-than-normal oil consumption and the need for frequent oil refills.
- Solution: By replacing the oil separator, we restored proper ventilation, reducing oil consumption and improving engine efficiency, ensuring the engine runs at optimal levels.
- Oil Leaks Around the Separator
