Recently, we had the opportunity to perform a radiator leak repair on a 2011 Audi TT MK2 in Dubai. Radiator leaks can lead to severe engine overheating and long-term damage if not addressed promptly. Issue Found:
1. Cracked Radiator Core
Problem:

Solution:
We replaced the damaged radiator core with an OEM-grade replacement. 2. Leaking Radiator Hose
Problem:

Solution:
We replaced the leaking radiator hose with a high-quality replacement hose. All hose connections were properly secured to ensure that the coolant system maintained the necessary pressure. 3. Worn-Out Radiator Cap
Problem:
The radiator cap was also found to be worn-out and no longer sealing properly. The radiator cap is critical for maintaining the pressure within the cooling system, and a faulty cap can result in coolant leakage and inconsistent system pressure.
Solution:
We replaced the radiator cap with a new, high-quality OEM replacement. 4. Corrosion in the Radiator Fins
Problem:
During our inspection, we noticed corrosion in the radiator fins, particularly around the lower section of the radiator. Corrosion can obstruct airflow through the radiator, causing inefficient cooling and potentially contributing to leaks.
Solution:
We cleaned the radiator fins to remove corrosion and improve airflow. In cases where corrosion was too advanced, we performed a partial replacement of the fins to ensure proper cooling efficiency. 5. Overheating Due to Low Coolant Levels
Problem:
