- Leaking Air Lines
- Observation: Air leaks in the lines were forcing the compressor to run constantly, significantly reducing its lifespan.
- Solution: Replaced damaged air lines and fittings, ensuring a tight, leak-free system.
- Faulty Pressure Sensors
- Observation: Malfunctioning pressure sensors were causing the compressor to operate inefficiently, leading to inaccurate height adjustments.
- Solution: Replaced the faulty sensors and recalibrated the system to ensure accurate pressure readings.
- Clogged Air Filters
- Observation: The air suspension system’s filters were clogged with dirt and debris, reducing airflow and putting extra strain on the pump.
- Solution: Replaced the air filters with new, high-quality components to ensure optimal airflow and protect the new pump.
- Control Module Software Errors
- Observation: The suspension control module had outdated software that failed to communicate properly with the compressor.
- Solution: Updated the control module software and reset the system for smooth operation and accurate suspension height control.
